At Powers Sports Memorabilia, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every collectible we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping materials, ensuring that all Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) and holographic stickers remain intact and protected.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
